It is safe to say we all know that during the stress of a fire, flood, or any type of disaster, an insured can become extremely demanding, requiring far more of your time than any one file should. Patrick B. King & Associates provides Loss Management services that will stabilize and organize disastrous situations. Utilizing our skills for large scale assessment of loss, and plan development for mitigating damages, we can "manage" these time consuming files on your behalf. Even your most demanding insured that requires extra ordinary service, will be provided our "white glove treatment", administering to even their most complex requests, allowing the adjuster the time to deal with the other dozens of files he or she is handling. After a site inspection, we provide recommendations to mitigate the loss and specific detailed treatment "prescriptions" for fragile property. We will oversee the coordination of the entire project, including but not limited to, arranging the safe transportation of personal belongings for storage, coordination of tradesmen and cleaning crews.

Let us share with you one example of the many customized services we provide to your demanding clients. A recent loss posed an interesting dilemma, due to water damage in his home, an insured was forced to place his entire household contents in storage. This firm coordinated every facet of the packing, moving and storage, including 23 soap stone sculptures that were far too heavy to be safely transported in traditional card board moving boxes. The transportation of this type of artwork normally requires that custom crates be built for each sculpture.  This is a safe method of transporting and storing, however it is extremely expensive.  Our staff researched alternative packing materials and procured packing cases of superior quality, at a significantly reduced cost. They are ideally suited for the protection of these valuable and or fragile items. The insured rested easy as he watched the care and precaution taken by our staff to properly pack his prized collection.
